    Useful, not mysterious

An AI workflow should make a workday easier—and still make sense without us.

We help Orange County business owners turn a specific, repeatable task into a practical AI assistant or agent workflow. You get a working setup, tested against realistic cases, plus the materials and know-how to use it yourself.

The goal is not to replace your judgment or trap you in a service plan. It is to make a useful process clearer, quicker to repeat, and easier for your team to own.

    01

    Start with the task

We scope one clear business process before choosing a tool.

    02

    Keep a person in control

You decide what the assistant may see, suggest, or do.

    03

    Build for handoff

Instructions, setup notes, and training come with the work.

    04

    No credential collection

Never send passwords, API keys, or private access codes in the request form.

    What you receive

    A working handoff—not just a clever demo.

The exact setup varies by project and platform. We make the ownership, access, and boundaries understandable from the start.

    01

    A client-controlled assistant

A practical assistant or agent workflow set up in an account and workspace you control, with the right access for the people who will use it.

    02

    Custom instructions and skills

Clear instructions, reusable skills, and guardrails shaped around your process—not a mysterious prompt only the builder can maintain.

    03

    Knowledge and connections

Relevant reference material and, where suitable, carefully scoped tools or integrations. Access depends on the platform, plan, and workspace permissions.

    04

    A tested workflow

A defined start-to-finish task, tried against realistic examples and edge cases, with human review where the stakes or uncertainty call for it.

    05

    Documentation and handoff

Setup notes, usage guidance, known limitations, and a walkthrough so your team can use, maintain, and continue improving the work.

    Where this can help

Start with the work that keeps coming back.

These are illustrative patterns, not promised outcomes. We’ll check whether a workflow is a sensible fit before building it.

    Platform choice follows the work

Why we build with ChatGPT and Claude

For many assistant and knowledge-work projects, ChatGPT and Claude are sensible places to start: both have evolving ways to work with instructions and reference material, and may support additional tools depending on the account, plan, and workspace configuration. We evaluate the current capabilities against your use case instead of assuming every feature is available to every account.

They are leading options for our work because we can shape many practical assistant workflows around them. That is a project-fit choice, not a market-share claim or a promise that one platform can do everything. Grok, Replit, or another agentic platform may be a better fit when the project specifically needs their available tools, function calling, or a custom application.

Platform features and account rules change. We confirm what is currently possible before we scope the work—and document any plan requirements or limitations that matter to your setup.

    Choose by project fit

    ChatGPT

Custom instructions, knowledge, and available apps or actions depend on account type, plan, and workspace permissions. New GPT creation is not available on every personal account.

    Claude

Skills can package reusable instructions and resources; running custom Skills requires code execution to be enabled in the relevant environment.

    Grok or Replit

Grok's API documents tools and function calling. Replit can be appropriate when the right answer is a custom application that needs to be built and hosted.

A project you can take with you

You own the delivered work. You choose what happens next.

Custom instructions, workflow materials, and documentation created for your project are handed over to you. You can keep us involved, maintain the workflow yourself, or work with someone else at any time.

    Access stays deliberate

Accounts, source materials, and connected tools are handled with permissions you approve. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, or private credentials in the project request form. Sensitive data and regulated workflows need additional review before they are considered.

    Portable work, honest limits

Your instructions and project documentation can be reused or adapted, but the platform itself, proprietary features, account entitlements, connectors, and some integrations may not transfer one-to-one. We’ll explain those dependencies and the practical migration options for your project.

A clear path from idea to handoff

    Discover. Build. Test. Deploy. Maintain.

A useful agent is a workflow with boundaries, not a platform demo. We work through the steps with you.

    1. 01

      Discover

Map the task, who owns it, the information it needs, and where human judgment must stay in the loop.

    2. 02

      Build

Choose a platform and shape the instructions, knowledge, permissions, and integrations around the actual job.

    3. 03

      Test

Agree on acceptance criteria, then try representative inputs, missing information, permission boundaries, and failure paths. Refine the workflow and document its limitations.

    4. 04

      Deploy

Set up access in your account, walk your team through the workflow, and hand over the working materials.

    5. 05

      Maintain

Review the workflow as your process or platform changes. Continued support is optional and scoped separately.

Human judgment stays in the design

AI can prepare a step. Your people own the decision.

Workflows are scoped with appropriate review, access, and approval points. We do not promise autonomous decisions or error-free output; the right level of human review depends on the work.

    Custom AI agent FAQs

    Straight answers before we build

Understand the platform choice, what handoff means, and where human review and account permissions matter.

What is a custom AI agent?

A custom AI agent is an assistant configured for a specific business task, with instructions, relevant knowledge, and approved tools where needed. It can help prepare work or carry out defined steps within the permissions you allow. It is not an independent employee, and important outputs and consequential actions still need human review.

What do I receive from a custom AI agent build?

Your agreed deliverables can include a configured assistant in your account or workspace, custom skills or instructions supported by the platform, knowledge resources, approved integrations, tested workflows, example inputs, documented limitations, and deployment and handoff instructions. We define the exact deliverables, acceptance criteria, scope, pricing, timeline, and engagement terms before work begins.

Do you build for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Replit?

Yes. ChatGPT and Claude are our primary options for business assistants and reusable workflows. We can also scope Grok API tool integrations, Replit-built applications, and other agentic platforms when appropriate. ChatGPT configuration and connected tools depend on plan and workspace permissions; Claude custom Skills require enabled capabilities. We check current availability before choosing an approach. These platforms do not have identical features.

What is a custom AI skill?

A custom skill packages task-specific guidance, examples, and relevant resources so an assistant can follow a repeatable workflow. Claude supports uploaded custom Skills; on other platforms we use the supported instructions, configuration, or workflow tools rather than assuming the same skill format works everywhere.

Will I own the custom work and be able to transition at any time?

Yes. You own the custom work delivered for your project and control the accounts and access. You can stop using OC AI School and transition at any time, keep working independently, or bring in another provider. We provide the agreed source materials and handoff documentation. You do not own third-party models or platforms; their terms still apply, and moving platform-specific features to another platform may require rebuilding.

How do you test the agent before deployment?

We agree on realistic tasks and acceptance criteria, then test normal inputs, missing information, inaccurate outputs, permission boundaries, and failure scenarios. We refine the workflow and record limitations before deployment. AI can still make mistakes; we plan human approval for consequential actions rather than guaranteeing error-free or fully autonomous operation.

Do you help deploy and maintain the agent?

We work with you to configure access, deploy or enable the workflow in your account, and document how to use and update it. Ongoing maintenance can be agreed separately for revised instructions, changing integrations, platform changes, and regression testing. Platform subscriptions and API usage costs are separate dependencies discussed during scoping; support is not automatically unlimited or included forever.

What happens after I submit an AI agent project request?

We review the task, users, tools, and desired outcome, then follow up to clarify feasibility, scope, pricing, timing, and next steps. The form does not create an invoice, contract, or payment. Share only public or non-sensitive context; do not include passwords, API keys, recovery credentials, or confidential customer data.
